Dr. Batra completed her MBBS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, followed by her MD in Ophthalmology from the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences (RPC), AIIMS, India’s premier institute dedicated exclusively to ophthalmology. She subsequently underwent superspecialty fellowship training in Oculoplasty and Ocular Oncology at the LV Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI), Hyderabad, an internationally renowned centre of excellence in eye care. This rigorous training at India’s leading ophthalmic institutions provided her with advanced expertise in ophthalmic microsurgery and extensive experience in the management of complex eyelid, lacrimal, orbital and ophthalmic oncology disorders, including challenging tertiary referral cases.
